Program Associate – Minds Matter

Founded in New York City in 1991, Minds Matter is a national college access organization with chapters in 14 cities that connect driven and determined students from low-income families with the people, preparation, and possibilities to succeed in college, create their future, and change the world. Minds Matter serves over 1,000 students and engages over 2,500 volunteers in meaningful service. Minds Matter now seeks an enthusiastic, flexible, and driven Program Associate to join the team. This is not a direct service student-facing role but rather a member of the national programs team providing support to fourteen chapters including managing summer programs, university partnerships, supporting chapters in placing students, invoicing, and identifying financial aid options.

This is a mid-level position with a salary of $40,000 - $55,000.
