Minds Matter Twin Cities Announces Margaret Jaques-Leslie as New Executive Director
Minds Matter Twin Cities is excited to announce a major milestone: the hiring of Margaret Jaques-Leslie as Executive Director. After more than a decade of impactful work led entirely by volunteers, we are thrilled to take this important step forward in our mission to empower driven and determined students from low-income families.
Margaret Jaques-Leslie brings over ten years of experience in postsecondary access and success, specializing in tech-based and coaching-based interventions to boost student success. At College Possible, she led the partnership and program implementation of their innovative embedded student success coaching model on college campuses. At Persistence Plus, an edtech startup, she directed operations and partner delivery for all higher education clients. Most recently, Margaret has served as a consultant for national nonprofits, focusing on partner delivery and internal operations. She holds a BA from Grinnell College and an EdM from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
