  Asmaae Benmerzouga, VP of Math Program
Ms. Asmaae Benmerzouga is Director of Corporate Research & Analysis Services at Colliers Ostendorf-Morris. In her current role she is responsible for managing the firm’s information and research services, including real estate market and geographic analysis, database administration, and business development research. She graduated summa cum laude from Cleveland State University with her B.A. in Finance.
Justin Dailey, VP of Finance
Mr. Dailey is in the third year of his career in fixed income proprietary trading. He currently works for National City Bank as an analyst for the Debt Capital Market group's Sales & Trading desk, specializing in leveraged loans, credit default swaps and related index products. His primary responsibilities involve researching credits and generating relative value trading ideas. Mr. Dailey holds a BS in Business-Economics from Miami University.
John E. Gilmore IV, Co-VP of Students
John is an analyst in Key Bank's Corporate and Investment Banking Program. Over the past 18 months he has worked with Key in New York and Seattle focusing on Investment Banking and Real Estate Private Equity. He currently works in the Asset Recovery Group where he focuses on distressed real estate properties all along the east coast. Mr. Gilmore is a 2006 graduate of Morehouse College with a B.A. in Finance with a minor in Economics.
Joel Hamilton, VP of Operations
Mr. Hamilton is a graduate of Winthrop University in South Carolina where he studied Political Science, Business and Economics. Currently, Mr. Hamilton is a 3L at Case Western Reserve University School of Law and is employed as a Summer Associate at Schiller law firm working on real estate transactions, business litigation and injury suits.
Matthew Koriath, VP of Mentors
Mr. Koriath joined Vantage Financial Group, Inc. in February 2006 as a Marketing Associate. For the last two years, he has worked in the company's Employee Benefits Department as an Account Manager where he has been responsible for brokering and managing employee benefits for small and mid-market corporate clients. He is an Ohio licensed agent for Accident, Health, Life & Variable Annuities and a member of the Ohio Association of Health Underwriters. He is active in the community and also donates his time to The Friends of the Achievement Centers for Children. Mr. Koriath holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College where he majored in Management and minored in Finance and Human Resources Management.
  Michael Lagoni, President
Mr. Lagoni is an analyst at Ideastream Consumer Products where he focuses on product strategy, web strategy, category management and marketing functions. He graduated summa cum laude from Baldwin-Wallace College and earned his certificate in Strategy & Innovation at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Jim LaRocca, VP of Financial Aid
Mr. LaRocca is entering his third year at Ernst & Young where he is an accountant in the assurance practice, focusing mainly in the Financial Services Industry. Mr. LaRocca holds an MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College and has obtained his CPA license in the State of Ohio.
Franklin B. Lebo, Esq., VP of Writing and Critical Thinking
Franklin B. Lebo, Esq. is an ABD Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Political Science at Kent State University concentrating in Transnational/Comparative Politics and Policy and Justice Studies. He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2003 with an International Law Concentration winning the Witkin and CALI Awards in Chinese Trade and Investment and the CALI Award in the American West: Law, Culture, and the Environment. Frank's research interests have involved East Asia since his undergraduate studies at Brandeis University where, as a Presidential Scholar, he double majored in Politics and East Asian Studies graduating summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and Pi Sigma Alpha (the National Political Science Honor Society) receiving highest honors for a senior thesis on the Japanese bureaucratic system. His graduate research explores the dynamics of bureaucratic institutions along with matters pertaining to international peace and security. Frank has significant teaching experience and is the author or co-author of academic publications.
  Kristen San Marco, Co-VP of Students
Ms. Kristen San Marco currently works in National City's Debt Capital Markets group. In this capacity, she assists in the structuring and origination of syndicated loan transactions for private equity firms and middle-market clients within National City's Specialized Lending areas that include Communications and Media, Transportation and Equipment and Asset-Based Lending. Ms. San Marco graduated summa cum laude from Baldwin-Wallace College, with a dual major in finance and accounting.
Brian McAllester, VP of Technology
Brian works with Citizens' Academy, a top-performing K-5 urban charter school, where he leads a variety of strategic projects and co-teaches a 5th grade leadership course. He also owns and runs a small web design company, WebEdge Design. Previously, Brian has worked as an 8th grade teacher and Fulbright Grantee in Sofia, Bulgaria, a 7th grade teacher in Wellesley, MA, and as a business consultant at Newry Corp., in Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from Kenyon College and holds his Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) certificate from the SIT Graduate Institute.
Nichelle McCall, VP of Student Development
Nichelle McCall is the Program Coordinator at the Civic Innovation Lab, an organization that gives mentorship and funding to individuals who have innovative ideas to grow the Greater Cleveland economy. Previously, Nichelle worked at Baldwin-Wallace College in the Office of Admission for five years. She volunteers her time to several organizations in the community, such as the YWCA, Camp Tech, and The City Club. Nichelle completed her B.A. in Pre-Physical Therapy at Baldwin-Wallace College.
Krystal Mindeck, VP of Marketing and Events
Ms. Mindeck has worked at Sherwin-Williams World Headquarters since 2006. She is currently a Color Support Agent where she performs day-to-day handling of color-related requests and inquires in support for Diversified Brands Consumer Group. Additional responsibilities include serving at Brand Liaison for the Dutch Boy and Wal-Mart accounts. Ms. Mindeck completed her BA in Business Administration, with concentrations in Marketing and Human Resources from Baldwin-Wallace College.
Meghan Pethtel, VP of Programs
Ms. Pethtel has worked for The Sherwin-Williams Company since 2005. She is currently a Marketing Associate in the Diversified Brands Division. In this capacity, she performs various functions, including commercializing new products, implementing promotional activities and monitoring sales and marketing metrics. Ms. Pethtel studied International Business at Birkbeck, University of London and completed her B.A. in Finance and Marketing from Baldwin-Wallace College.
 < Kevin Stone, VP of Fundraising
Kevin Stone is an analyst in Key Bank's Corporate and Investment Banking Program. He currently works in the Healthcare Real Estate Finance group of the bank. Mr. Stone graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in Economics.
